Named faces on Steam

Alice, Tanner and Sam are the three townsfolk Steam actually prints on screenshots. Alice stands in a tiled indoor hall with palm trees and a giant flower-crowned skeleton, which is the same mall-like space used for Hall Monitor and Mall Administrator. Tanner wears a red beanie on a street and talks about school ending. Sam's roadside portrait uses the same manga stills as the rest of the store.

Abby is named only by an achievement, not a screenshot. Why, That Little... is get a bad result from drinking Abby's lemonade. That is enough to treat lemonade as a gift or drink with a bad roll, not enough to write a schedule. Community wikis list more residents and liked gifts; those extra names stay off this roster until a first-party still or achievement prints them.

Social menu, hearts and marriage

v0.11.17 documents a Social menu for friendship and liked gifts. Friendly is reach 10 hearts with one character. Socialite is 10 hearts with all characters. In This Together is get married. Bad Friend is decrease the friendship of the same character 10 times, and Oblivious is decrease friendship 50 times in total. Re-Gifter is give a Farm Visitor item right back to them.

Together those records describe a gift-and-hearts loop with a marriage ending and a dedicated way to tank friendship on purpose. Official copy never publishes a full gift table. Use the Social menu in-game for likes, and treat Alice, Tanner, Sam and Abby as the only faces Steam named in stills or achievements.

v0.11.17 is also the patch that added loadouts and official extra languages. Friendship tracking is not a 1.0.0 surprise; it shipped in that late demo note a week before launch. Hearts still work on a cozy save, because none of the heart achievements name a difficulty.

Elderfield High and visitors

Hooligan is enter Elderfield High. Ghost Hunter is complete all 3 school scenarios in Elderfield High. Tanner and Sam both talk about school, so the high school is part of the same social map rather than a disconnected dungeon joke. Farm Visitor in Re-Gifter is the other named social role: someone walks your land with an item you can hand back.

Romance and friendship sit beside combat, not instead of it. You can marry someone and still die in your sleep, still align to an Old God, still run the mall. The achievement list is the official checklist for hearts, marriage and lemonade. Friendly is ten hearts with one person. Socialite is ten hearts with everyone. In This Together is marriage. Bad Friend and Oblivious are the friendship-down counters. Re-Gifter is the farm visitor bounce. Those six rows plus the four named faces are the social facts Steam printed.
